The Rosslyn Hotel Tenants Association is a union of tenants at The Rosslyn Hotel Apartments committed to fighting for the rights of every tenant that are granted under federal, state, and local laws.

As tenants, we have the right to safe, clean, and sanitary housing that is free of harassment, roaches, broken appliances, leaks & water damage, holes in walls, and any other conditions that infringe on our tenants rights.

We firmly believe that collective action and solidarity is the most effective way that we can ensure that our housing needs are met, and our rights are respected.

The RHTA will not sit idly by as corporate landlords continue their systemic exploitation of persons living in low income housing. We will not tolerate their harassment, threats, negligence, or abuse of power and abuse of the judicial system any longer.

You do not have to be a Rosslyn Hotel tenant to join our meetings. We welcome all that wish to come and learn more, share your issues, and receive guidance, including support to assist you in starting your own tenants union where you live.

We meet every Friday at 7pm in the 1st floor lobby of The Rosslyn Hotel.
